I just completed 90 days of training with Ken and he exceeded my expectations. How? Great question. I had never hired a personal trainer before Ken. What I thought I was going to get was a coach to guide me and help me stay motivated to meet my fitness goals. What I got was someone who deeply cared about my health and someone invested into seeing me out-perform my goals: to lose 10 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle.

Ken designed a diet and nutrition plan that he personally monitored to make sure I was following it with discipline. He developed a work out plan that focused on strengthening my core and targeting muscles that were underdeveloped. He kept me motivated, encouraged and challenged every week… even during those times when I felt weak and deflated.

After 90 days, I am down from 20% body fat to 12% and added 15 pounds of lean muscle. I look and feel great! I’m 46 years old and back to the waist size that I had when I was 25!

I wanted to lose 10 pounds… what I got was my 25 year old body back! That’s how Ken exceeded my expectations! Thank you Ninja Ken!

I met Ken years back when we first began working together. Minutes into my very first consultation with Ken, I knew instantly that I wanted to start personal training with him. I had not been in a gym in years, while having some issues with my knees. With his vast knowledge about the human body and body mechanics, he was able to design a workout program that allowed me to achieve a level of fitness that I didn’t think was possible at my age or with my knee issues.

Fast forward to my 56th birthday. I was a year into being single after ending a 12 year relationship. I was 188 pounds, suffering from anxiety attacks, depression, and thinking that life sucks. My doctor suggested taking antidepressants. Instead, I said “let me try exercise and healthier eating first.”

With some time having passed, I contacted Ken again to continue where we had left off before. That was just about a year ago and I am not the same person, physically and mentally. I feel better than I have in years and I look better than I ever have!

When I met with Ken, he asked me what my goals were. One of the things I jokingly said was, “Is it possible for a 56 year old to have a six pack? He said yes. Although, truthfully never being my goal, I can now say that I have that six pack! I’m also in the best shape of my life! I look and feel fantastic!

I am a completely different person. People compliment me every day on how good I look and that I don’t look my age. THAT’S THE BONUS!! The prize is truly how I feel. I have confidence now that I never had before. I feel strong and I will never use age as an excuse again!

If you are looking for a personal trainer who will transform your life, Ken will get you there! Overall, I lost 26 pounds, having previously been at 28% body fat. I am now at 12% body fat and have gained muscle that I thought wasn’t possible. I will say it again.

My first year at college was great, but the freshman 15 is very real my friends! So what did I do the moment I got home from school? I started looking for ways to get rid of those dreaded extra pounds!

Training with Ken the past two months has completely changed my view on fitness. I have never been one to go to the free weight section of the gym, let alone know where to begin with weight training in general. I have always done the elliptical, stair master, treadmill, etc — any form of cardio I could do to “get skinny.” It never really got me the real results I wanted in the end. Yeah, I lost weight, but I was killing myself in the gym doing an insane amount of cardio and still was not pleased with my “shape.”

Ken taught me the tools I needed in order to build a solid foundation so that I can now continue to build upon myself now that I am back in school! I truly never knew what I was capable of achieving until now. The workouts were always customized to me and included monthly body fat testing, which held me accountable. I also received a personalized nutrition plan whereby I documented everything I ate. Ken also checked my nutrition every training session until him and I perfected it together.

Within two months, I lost 12 lbs, decreased my body fat by 6.7 %, lost 14.32 lbs of fat and gained 3.72 lbs of muscle!

I am back at school now and have been able to lose an additional 10 lbs so far using what I learned from our personal training sessions together. Being able to continue on my own has proven that my time spent training with Ken was more than worth it! He is by far the best personal trainer in South Florida!

Will I be back to workout with him on my breaks? Duh!! Thanks for everything, all love!

A little over seven months ago, I had the good fortune of meeting Ken. It was just before I was about to have umbilical hernia surgery and I wanted to have a plan in place for my recovery. I had trained with a couple of different personal trainers before, but never felt that I got the results I was looking for. I knew things would be different instantly after my initial complimentary consultation with Ken!

Once my fitness level was determined, we mapped out a plan with monthly goals. We also discussed nutrition, whereby he monitored my eating habits specifically customized for me several times a week. With each passing week, as I progressed, Ken would make things more challenging, testing me both mentally and physically. A talented personal trainer knows when to push a person and when to pull back. Ken’s vast knowledge and expertise helped me achieve my goals at a much faster rate than I had thought possible.

Besides being a phenomenal trainer, Ken is an even better person. My wife and I have been blessed with four wonderful children whom have all met Ken. We have supported him in his endeavors as a talented competitor on American Ninja Warrior and have attended his events as a family to cheer him on! He’s a very driven professional and it shows, both in his training methods and dedication to all of his clients.

To say I am happy with my results would be an understatement! When I started on my journey with Ken, I had an idea of where I wanted to be in six months. Ken has not only exceeded my expectations, but he has given me the tools and knowledge I need to continue progressing forward. With Ken’s help, I was able to achieve the impossible or so I thought. I went from having a body fat of 29.33% down to 9.74%. Additionally, I went from 209 lbs to 196 lbs for an overall loss on the scale of 13 lbs. The amount of fat I lost and muscle gained is mind-blowing, but more importantly, I feel great and can now run circles around my kids!
