At Konstant Fitness, each client receives an initial complimentary assessment by Ken that examines their balance, muscular endurance, flexibility, strength, coordination, posture, body composition, and cardiorespiratory fitness. Additionally, any impairments found during this assessment will also be addressed by Ken with a strategic plan on how to correct them. Once the full assessment is complete, a comprehensive customized program will be specifically created for you.
