Ken, founder and owner of Konstant Fitness, has proudly been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years. He is a highly trained fitness professional who has a burning passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. His philosophy in training began to develop early on while he attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga while earning his B.S. in Pre-Professional Exercise Science. During this time, he interned at many different rehabilitation facilities earning well over 1500+ hours of experience. Ken went on to further his education by doing graduate study work at Nova Southeastern University within the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. He is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer who holds his American Red Cross CPR/AED/First Aid certification and his Baby Boomer fitness certification as well.

His passion for learning about the anatomy of the human body for so many years has served him well. He works with clientele of all ages out of an elite private training facility called Intense Fitness (current home of Konstant Fitness), which is approximately 2,500 square ft. in downtown Fort Lauderdale. He uses the knowledge acquired through his education to train clientele to improve any musculoskeletal limitations, to then further advance every single client toward their goals. His professionalism, passion, and rapport with his clients nationwide have earned him much respect with not only his own clientele, but also within the fitness industry as a whole.

In his spare time, Ken enjoys training and participating in obstacle course races. He has become widely popular as a selected fitness professional who helps prepare his clientele for such races by simulating the training style to match that of the course. Additionally, Ken enjoys training year-round for the hit NBC television show American Ninja Warrior.

The human body naturally over time develops compensations that are intended to help stabilize certain areas of the body. However, not all compensations are ideal and they can possibly lead to pain or malalignments. Knowing how to train the body to maximize your health and fitness goals can be quite challenging. At Konstant Fitness, each client receives an initial complimentary assessment by Ken that examines their balance, muscular endurance, flexibility, strength, coordination, posture, body composition, and cardiorespiratory fitness. Additionally, any impairments found during this assessment will also be addressed by Ken with a strategic plan on how to correct them. Once the full assessment is complete, a comprehensive customized program will be specifically created for you.

After three months of training with Ken Constantine of Konstant Fitness, I am 20 pounds lighter, have 1/3 less body fat, have modified my diet, and acquired new positive habits such as running and core work. How do I get started?

Simply contact Ken via one of three ways: email, telephone or the Konstant Fitness Facebook page via direct message. Scheduling is by appointment only so that I can best serve you. Remember, your initial assessment and workout is complimentary with no obligations whatsoever.

What should I bring with me?
Please bring comfortable gym attire, sneakers, a towel, and water for yourself. There is also a water fountain for you to refill your water bottle. Hydration is key and staying properly hydrated actually helps to speed your metabolism.
When should I plan to arrive for the first time?

Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled session time. This will allow you the proper time to receive a brief tour of the facility and get you ready for your initial assessment and workout.

How long is each session?

Each session is intended to be 60 minutes including stretching and foam rolling. Stretching and foam rolling are key in order to maximize your results. My intent is to provide an ongoing teaching experience for each client because each client and their results are of utmost importance to me.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All major debit cards, credit cards, cash, and personal checks are accepted.
Where do I park?

Parking is located in front of the facility right off of East Commercial Blvd. There is additional parking if needed in the back of the facility as well.

Can I come to the facility by myself to workout without Ken?
Unfortunately, no. The facility is privately owned/operated and is exclusive to clients for personal training only.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please simply provide at least 24 hours advanced notice in order to best serve you. This is to avoid forfeiting your session, but more importantly, your results.
Does Ken do in-home personal training?
